The Pavilion at Montage Mountain Rules
Please ensure that you follow the Pavilion at Montage Mountain Rules. This will will ensure that you have the best possible experience at the venue, whilst maintaining a safe environment for all patrons attending events. Below are the ground rules for anyone attending events at the Pavilion at Montage Mountain. Please make sure you know the rules and regulations before attending any event.
Please note: Patrons engaging in disruptive behavior, such as fighting, throwing objects, using offensive language or gestures, attempting to enter restricted areas, or any actions negatively impacting others, will be immediately removed from the venue and may face police intervention for these violations.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
Allowed:
» ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x9” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x12″x6” will be allowed inside
» Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
» Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag
» Water – an empty water bottle OR up to 1 gallon of water in a factory sealed bottle is permitted
Not Allowed:
» Weapons of any kind
» Alcohol
» Illegal drugs/substances
» Glass containers
» Cans
» Hard sided/large coolers
» Average sized bags/backpacks
» Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or
industrial/camping-sized backpacks
» Laser pointers
» Animals (except service animals)
» Fireworks
» Lawn Chairs – to reduce contact with guest belongings and for security reasons, no outside Lawn Chairs will be allowed into the building. An exception is for The Peach Music Festival. See “New Lawn Chair Policy” tab under “Plan Your Visit” for more information.
Camera Policy
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Children and Baby Policy
All of the events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
Strollers are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed except for under the pavilion tent. While the venue does not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, they may ask you to smoke in the plazas.
Animal Policy
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
Will my bag be searched? All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
Conceal and Carry Policy
The Pavilion At Montage does not allow weapons on the property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Camping / Overnight Parking Policy
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
